1. Return/Refund Request Time
Customers can request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days after receiving the order.
2. Valid Reasons for Return or Refund
Return/Refund will be accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received damaged
- Wrong product received
- Missing item in parcel
- Product has major defect
3. Proof Required
To process any complaint, customer must provide:
- Order number
- Clear product photos
- Parcel packaging photo
- Short video (if damaged/defective)
Without proof, complaint may not be accepted.
4. Change of Mind / Don't Like Product
If customer simply changes mind, does not like the product, or ordered by mistake:
- Full refund is not applicable
- Exchange or partial compensation may be offered depending on case
5. Replacement Policy
For damaged, wrong, or defective items, we will first offer:
Free replacement OR partial refund compensation
6. Refund Processing
Full refund will only be issued after complaint verification by our support team and supplier approval.
Refund processing time: 5 to 10 working days.
7. Non-Returnable Cases
Return/Refund will not be accepted if:
- Product is used
- Complaint submitted after 7 days
- Customer provides no proof
- Customer ordered wrong item by own mistake
